PROJECT MANAGEMENT

All planning and quality control is carried out at all stages of the process with maximum dedication by our team of highly qualified professionals and technicians. Up to date reports are sent on a regular basis with photos allowing the customer to accompany the evolution of the work in every mould.
Mould delivery is accompanied by full documentation in the form of a manual, plus a pen drive.
Alternatively, the information can be placed on an ftp server.

Our machinery is always up to date and ready to supply quality, precision moulds.

QUALITY CONTROL

All our moulds are subject to strict quality control and are tested under conditions which replicate mass production, and are optimized or adjusted up to approval of parts and moulds by the customer.

ROBOT HANDS – EOAT

We develop personalized robot hands in accordance with project requirements and specifications of mass production conditions.

JIGS & FIXTURES

When a project so requires, we build verification and measurement jigs to gauge strict compliance with part specifications.

INJECTION

Pre-production and small runs.

We produce pre-productions or small runs of plastic parts to meet occasional customer needs, e.g., for assembly / functional testing, with a range of machines from 25 tons to 1,400 tons.

AFTER-SALES SERVICES

Maintenance – Repairs – Modifications

Our qualified team can perform any preventive or corrective maintenance which a mould may need, as well as implement engineering modifications.
